Valentine's Dance!
On 2/14, Independence Association sponsored a Valentine's Dance in conjunction with Volunteers of America. This dance was open to families, couples and singles of all ages and abilities. A DJ provided the music for dancing, which was a huge hit! Many people attended and reported that it was a success.

The Learning Center Initiative is Moving! : Beginning January 30th, the Learning Center Initiative will be moving to it's new space on Cumberland Avenue in Brunswick, behind Senter Place. The relocation will increase accessibility to the downtown community, promote independence and lower transportation costs. Beginning February 2nd, all transportation providers should drop off and pick up from 9 Cumberland Avenue.
